Ms. Daniels is experienced in public elections and compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Open Records Act, ethics regulations, and records retention requirements.
Before joining SKLaw, she worked as a Certified Paralegal, legal secretary, and office manager at Schweinle & Associates, where she gained experience in commercial, business, and water district litigation.
Born in Nacogdoches, Texas, Ms. Daniels earned an A.A.S. in Legal Assistant Technology from Trinity Valley Community College and was inducted into Phi Theta Kappa. As an Advanced Certified Paralegal, she is committed to lifelong learning and continuing legal education.
